I developed a high-level strategy based on their business decision to focus on the more profitable audience groups of landlords and sellers rather than tenants and owners.
The first stage of the project involved leading discovery interviews with the founding team and key stakeholders. I used these insights to create a tone of voice that packed the kind of energy that first made them successful in East London.
The website copy is straight-talking and lays out exactly what sets Keatons apart from competitors in the area. I also worked with their SEO partners to plan and write a Knowledge Base of more than 20 articles that serve as details guides to the most asked questions.
Finally, to emphasise Keatons’ unrivalled knowledge of East London, I created a series of Area Guides for the website to shine a light on the most popular neighbourhoods and drive new business.
